We provide a suite of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI visibility, keyword research, and LLM-based text generation tools. Services are provided on a subscription basis, including Basic, Pro, and Agency plans.

2. Data Retention & Privacy

Your privacy is our priority. We handle your data as follows:

• Site & GEO Audits: To ensure high performance and privacy, all audit reports are stored for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, they are permanently deleted. Users are responsible for exporting or downloading reports within this window.
• LLM Interactions: Inputs provided to our AI text generator are used solely to provide outputs. We do not use your proprietary input data to train public models.
• Data Security: We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS). Your payment details are processed via secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways; we do not store full credit card information on our servers.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are available on a Monthly (30-day) or Annual (365-day) basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

• Monthly Plans: All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current 30-day period.
• Annual Plans: We offer a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all initial annual purchases. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date. After this 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the current term.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, code, interface designs, and AI-generated models remain the exclusive property of seogeooptimizer.com. Users retain ownership of the content they generate using the platform, provided it complies with our acceptable use standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy in our audits and SEO insights, we are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, search engine ranking fluctuations, or technical errors resulting from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account or through a dashboard notification.
